What We Can Do For You

Machine Sewing :

At LLUK we carry a wide range of machinery allowing us to successfully undertake an array of projects across garment manufacturing, homewares and bespoke products.

Hand-sewing Techniques:

Whether it be precisely applying labelling, hand-rolled hemming, embellishing or a finishing technique, our extensive team of hand-sewers are experienced with all types of fabrics.

Linking:

Relieving the bottleneck of collar and body linking, we set-up inline with your demand, quality and desired gauge along with the supporting processes including cup-seaming and hand-sewing.

Blanket-Stitch & Merrowed Finishes:

The largest stand-alone sewing facility in the UK to offer blanket-stitch finishes and merrow edging coupled with traditional hand-finishing techniques, LLUK can add this specialised finish to garments, capes, scarves, blankets and cushions.

Darning & Process Mending:

The only stand-alone fully accredited mending facility in the UK, we offer greasy and clean darning along with process mending for knitwear.

Embroidery :

Using our multi-head digital embroidery machines, we can produce a wide range of applications including logos, emblems, text and images as well as individual sew on badges and appliqués to any design with a variety of finishes in bulk capacity. We also offer in-house digitising of artwork.

Repairs:

We offer a repairs service that can support product guarantees or a re-loved initiative. Within our sustainable objectives, we also work with obsolete or remnant fabric, or even perhaps product that didn’t sell too well, to re-purpose back into new collections but doing so with added meaning and value.

Product Development:

Taking a product idea from concept to delivery, our dedicated Private Label Manager works with you to ensure each product is industrialised for production and deliverable against commercial timeframes and objectives.

Our Facility:

Based in the UK county of Berkshire in the town of Maidenhead, LLUK currently occupies 12,500 sq ft which houses 60+ sewing machines, 15 hand-sew stations, cutting area, QC area, goods in/out, Embroidery and back of house staff facilities.

With future plans for a purpose build large scale facility, we are ever expanding with demand and offering further production solutions to address the skills shortage within the textiles industry.
