At LLUK we carry a wide range of machinery allowing us to successfully undertake an array of projects across garment manufacturing, homewares and bespoke products.
Hand-sewing Techniques:
Whether it be precisely applying labelling, hand-rolled hemming, embellishing or a finishing technique, our extensive team of hand-sewers are experienced with all types of fabrics.
Blanket-Stitch & Merrowed Finishes:
The largest stand-alone sewing facility in the UK to offer blanket-stitch finishes and merrow edging coupled with traditional hand-finishing techniques, LLUK can add this specialised finish to garments, capes, scarves, blankets and cushions.
Hot Foil Printing & Debossing:
Our hot foil press machine is portable therefore ideal for pop-up personalisation events, yet powerful enough for everyday industrial use on leather goods and paper products.
Embroidery:
Using our multi-head digital embroidery machines, we can produce a wide range of applications including logos, emblems, text and images as well as individual sew on badges and appliqués to any design with a variety of finishes in bulk capacity. We also offer in-house digitising of artwork.
Repairs:
To support your circular fashion brand strategy, we offer a scalable repairs service that can support product guarantees or a re-loved initiative. Within our sustainable objectives, we also work with obsolete or remnant fabric, or even perhaps product that didn’t sell too well, to re-purpose back into new collections but doing so with added meaning and value.
